Innovating

Vertically integrating

In 2008, added more manufacturing towards the raw material side of production โ€“ less reliance on vendors and greater control of lead times & costs

Now adding more โ€œin-houseโ€ to be โ€œlessโ€ sensitive to environment and vendors issues.

Components (electrical & others) are issues over raw materials for us.

Differentiating our product line for the more dominant industries as discussed above & proper marketing

You can have the BEST team and BEST goods or services BUT without knowing your audience and market it will be ineffective so working from end user (bottoms up approach)

Horizontal integration for inorganic growth to speed up our delivery of equipment to new industries.

Concern is as I mentioned before: lower demand with rising inventory levels. So it is a balance.

Contraction. Some businesses fold and others rise. It is about offering more amidst compressed times while still lowering costs and keeping margins UP. Challenging but the businesses that adapt and stay ahead of curve not only survive but gain market share and become future leaders.
