Private capital. I work with owners who want to scale a business or sell one. I have sat on both sides of that table.

Manufacturing
I hold an executive seat at a company in the aerospace and defense supply chain, and I own WaxMelters, an industrial thermal processing equipment manufacturer. I cofounded its parent company, Melting and Filling Equipment, in 2006. When I write about supply chains, lead times, and input costs, it is because I am the one ordering the steel.

Research and writing
I publish daily on X as @RosannaInvests, mostly macro, monetary policy, and the industrial layer underneath the AI buildout. My framework is Austrian and monetarist. Every claim traces back to a filing, an earnings call, or a named source, and every bullish piece carries a paragraph on what could go wrong.

Background
I started in commercial real estate. Xanadu Properties, a real estate investing company, in 1999. Prestia Group, a commercial real estate brokerage in Seattle, with my husband Frank D. Prestia, in 2005. Melting and Filling Equipment came in 2006 and that is how I ended up in manufacturing.
