Strive ASST weekly update: 124 more BTC, first SATS sold through the ATM, and the stock at 0.84x its bitcoin

๐Ÿšจ The market prices $ASST at 0.84x its bitcoin. You can buy $BTC through Strive at a 16% discount while it keeps stacking.

What 0.84x Actually Means

Take Strive’s common market cap and divide it by the bitcoin it holds. You get 0.84x. In plain words: the stock is priced below the coins sitting on the balance sheet.

That is not the same as mNAV, which also counts the preferreds. It’s a simpler question: what does the common cost compared to the bitcoin behind it? Right now, less than the bitcoin.

Last Week, Strive Kept Working

  • Bought 124 more $BTC, mostly from cash
  • Sold its first $SATS through the ATM
  • Sold zero new $SATA
  • Paid the 103rd dividend on time

No new common dilution. No missed payment. More coins.

Weak Hands Sell the Discount

Down 23% in a week and still buying. That’s the whole story in one line.

Weak hands sell the discount. Strive buys it. Long $ASST ๐ŸŸ

Not financial advice. Do your own research.
