TE’s Record Quarter Is Better Than the Headline

TE just printed its biggest revenue quarter ever: $250M, up 41% sequentially and $40M above expectations. Production reached 935 MW, with full-year output guided to the high end.

That is the part of the print the market should not ignore. Demand is scaling, execution is improving, and the company is producing more volume against a powerful electrification backdrop.

The headline positive EBITDA number needs a footnote: it included a $24M one-time tariff refund. Strip that out and the quarter was roughly in line with the pre-announced loss.

The thesis is not that every quarter will be clean. It is that record revenue and rising production are building operating leverage. TE is moving from a capacity story toward a scale story.
