While the entire complex scrambles to de-risk out of Asia, AAOI is building the largest domestic InP laser platform. The company is guiding to 930,000 units per month of 800G and 1.6T capacity by the end of 20279x the Q1 2026 exit rate of 100,000 per month.

Semis are already trading at 44x 2026 earnings. Price is running two years ahead of fundamentals across the complex. The setup isnt just another semiconductor trade.
