I am the founder and CEO of Hydra Wealth Advisors and Hydra Capital Group. Hydra Wealth is my independent RIA: macro-driven advice from someone who has run the companies. Hydra Capital is a private investment firm that invests in, acquires, and scales founder-led businesses. I am also CEO of WaxMelters, a thermal processing equipment manufacturer in the aerospace and defense supply chain. That is where a lot of what I write about supply chains and input costs comes from.
